Peacefully positioned within the inner lagoon of Brighton Marina, this luxury townhouse enjoys glorious views over the calm waters of the harbour and the white cliffs lining the Sussex Coast. Beautifully presented in keeping with the seaside location, this house feels both modern and homely and comes equipped with everything you and your family or friends will need for your self-catering holiday. It has three king bedrooms and a separate day bed allowing a total of 7 people to stay with ease.

It sits in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space on the driveway in front of the house. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and beautifully maintained home filled with natural light from east to west with views in both directions. To the front, the house faces west and has two balconies so you can watch the powerboats coming in and out to moor as the sun goes down and you plan your evening’s entertainment - either here at Brighton Marina or in the city nearby. There is plenty of space for dining alfresco, but during the cooler seasons, there is also a TV, DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the space with a movie or streaming service in the living room. This is on the first floor and has space for relaxation on comfortable sofas while there is space for formal dining for seven people in the kitchen around a glass table.

The kitchen is immaculate in white with a traditional feel, offering plenty of storage plus a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and a hob - although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes on your doorstep.
Spread over three floors, the bedrooms are all fantastic sizes with a king room on the ground floor which includes a seating area and wall mounted TV. Bedroom two is on the first floor and is also a king room with a daybed, while the master bedroom has a superking bed on the top floor. All three enjoy incredible views and easy access to two bathrooms - both classic in blue and white.

Whether you are on foot, in a car or hiring a Brighton Bike from the Marina, you can access the City of Brighton & Hove in minutes as its iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion are just 1-mile along the coast to the west. Heading east along the undercliff path you’ll come first to Ovingdean Cafe and Beach where freshly baked cakes can be enjoyed on the sand as the children play in the rock pools. Fish & chips can be found further along in Rottingdean where village pubs and antique emporiums are just a minute inland on the High Street.

Take a trip up the i360, or visit one of the many theatres, art galleries and museums in Brighton - which comes to life during the May Brighton Festival. The North Laine offers a bohemian and cultural experience with artisan cafes and independent shops - all of which are accessible by jumping on the Number 7 bus which leaves Brighton Marina every 10-minutes.
